Coalition Against Global Genocide (COAGG)
A framework for rebuilding, and a landing page when it couldn't wait
COAGG needed their digital presence rebuilt from a principled foundation, not just updated visuals. The existing site had grown organically, pieces added as programs launched, and nobody had ever stepped back to ask whether the structure still matched the mission.
UX audit and wireframes
I led a UX/UI audit with a team of Digital Assembly students, working through the site page by page against the organization’s actual communication goals. The output was a set of wireframes the development team incorporated directly into the new site, along with a written rationale for every structural recommendation so the team understood the why, not just the what.
Day-of-action landing page
When Russia invaded Ukraine and the genocide in Tigray demanded a public response, I deployed a day-of-action landing page on short notice. The kind of deadline where “we’ll get to it” is not an option. The page went live the same day the call for action went out.
Operational consolidation
I also consolidated the organization’s toolset from Asana and multiple disconnected platforms into a single Airtable instance with API integrations. The consolidation reduced operational costs by 50% and freed up an hour of daily staff time that had been lost to tool-switching and double-entry.
Full case study coming. This is a stub summary while the longer write-up is in review.
