Book time with Trevor
Pick the conversation that fits. I respond to every inbound within one business day, and the first call is a real conversation - not a sales pitch.
Discovery call
No prep required, any topic. Good if you are not sure whether this is the right fit or you just want to talk through a problem.
Scoping call
For a specific project. Short pre-call questionnaire so the 30 minutes are spent on the work, not the setup.
Strategy session
A working session on a specific problem - audit, plan, or second opinion. You leave with something written down.
What happens next
-
Pick a time
Choose a slot that works. The calendar shows real availability - no back-and-forth.
-
Confirmation lands
Calendar invite with a video link, plus a reminder the day before.
-
We talk
About your situation, not mine. Discovery calls have no agenda. Scoping and Strategy calls have a lightweight structure.
-
Clear next step
You leave knowing what to do next - whether that involves me or not.
Booking questions
- What should I bring to the first call?
-
Nothing for a Discovery call. For a Scoping call, the pre-call questionnaire covers what I need. For a Strategy session, send any relevant links or docs beforehand so the time goes to the work.
- What if I am not sure which one I need?
-
Book a Discovery call. I will tell you which format fits or whether none of them do and you would be better served by someone else.
- Do you work with out-of-Denver clients?
-
Yes. Most of the practice is remote. All calls are by video unless you prefer phone. On-site is available for Denver-area clients when a project needs it.
- What happens if I need to reschedule?
-
The confirmation email has a reschedule link. Move it as many times as you need. No penalty, no awkward email required.
- Is there a sales pitch?
-
No. The first call is a real conversation about your situation. If there is a clear next step I will say so. If there is not, I will say that too.
Not sure where to start?
Book a discovery call.
Thirty minutes, no prep, no pitch. We talk about your situation and figure out whether there is a next step.
