What it is

Video production for fundraising, storytelling, and donor communications. And AV and technical production for in-person and hybrid events.

The output isn't just a finished file or a room full of equipment. It's something your organization can use: to make the case to a funder, tell a program story, or run an event that looks as professional as the work happening inside it.

Who it's for

Organizations with program stories, campaign milestones, or fundraising events that haven't made it into video form. Organizations running hybrid events where the technical coordination has been a liability. Organizations where the AV at the last event failed in a way nobody wants to repeat.

What it produces

How it works

  1. A brief on what the video or event needs to accomplish. Audience, intended action, format.
  2. A production approach built around your resources and timeline, not a standard package.
  3. For events: on-site technical coordination from setup to close. You run the program. I handle the equipment.
  4. For video: finished asset plus source files, with guidance on where and how to use it.

Proof

Multi-camera live event production for the Rotary Denver WASH Symposium (hybrid, multiple breakout rooms, live-streamed keynotes). PSA video production for the Colorado Education Association reaching 3 million television impressions. Multi-cam video production from 30-second social cuts to two-hour webinars.

Common questions

Do you travel for events?

Yes. Denver metro is the default, but travel is available for events that need it. Travel cost is line-itemed in the proposal.

What kind of video gear do you bring?

Multi-camera kit for keynotes and panels, audio capture for interview-style pieces, and streaming encoders for hybrid events. Specific gear list goes in the proposal.

Can you edit video we already filmed?

Yes. Edit-only engagements work well when the footage exists but the time to turn it into something usable does not.

If this sounds like what you need.
